Sources say that results are unlikely to be delayed due to the re-examinations. The CBSE class 12 results of 2017 were delayed because of the changes in the moderation policy.
CBSE 12th Result Previous Year Exam Statistics
In 2017, approximately 11 lakh students— 6,38,865 boys and 4,60,026 girls — registered for the CBSE Class 12 exam and it was 10.67 lakh in the year 2016.
The overall pass percentage for 2017 was 82%. The pass percentage of girl candidates are way higher compared to boy candidates. Their pass percentages are 87.5% & 78% respectively.
